The Italcer pole conquers the Bolognese Cedir

The acquisition of the historic Ravenna-based company Cedir Ceramiche di Romagna by the Italcer group had been in the air for months but has been operational since 1 December.
The Italcer group aims for revenues of 300 million in 2024 and 70 million Ebitda.
